Our services have been deployed to benefit ventures and enterprises in the Oil & Gas and the Environment sectors of the Nigerian economy in the areas of registration and procurement of operating licenses and permits in the downstream sector, documentations and reviews of different lifting contracts and agreements, facilities construction, installation and maintenance sub-contracts, agreements for funding and site acquisition projects, subcontracting and project venture agreements for installation and maintenance of oil and gas servicing equipments and machineries, procurement of clearances for subcontractor operations, and provision of general legal and advisory services on regulatory operations in the industry, as well as facilitation and procurement of requisite environmental impact assessment reports on prospective industrial, commercial and extractive (solid minerals) venture projects.

We also advise on the regulatory framework and operational guidelines and compliances in the power sector of the Nigerian economy as well as the National Minerals and Metals Policy.
